How can I pay my invoice?

With the "Invoice" payment option, you only pay for the items you choose to keep.

Once you've completed your order, you can choose from several payment methods at checkout. If you select “Invoice”, you’ll be able to pay for the items you keep via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.

How do I pay for the items I’m keeping?

We’ll send you an email 4 days after your order has been shipped. That email will include a link to your personal payment page.

Just follow the link – you’ll be guided through the payment process step by step.

You can then select the items you’re keeping and pay for them using credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

When is payment due?

You have 14 days to complete your payment.
As a reminder, we’ll send you a notification email 4 days before your invoice is due.

What if I want to return an item?

If you wish to return any items, simply create a return request online.
We’ll automatically update your invoice to reflect only the items you are keeping.
